Midlothian Music USA™ is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day return window for most gear to ensure you find the perfect sound. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make the exchange and refund process straightforward and transparent.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the instrument for its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
